The exterior tube is hard to read it says:
TUSSY ROUGE 00

I cannot decipher the rest of the imprint.

This tube is unique and rare. It is made of luxurious green Bakelite ( there
is a small fleabite on side as shown).

The bottom interior has a Bakelite screw to turn for adjustment of the
contents. This is shaped like as bullet and the rich, deep red “rouge” probably
doubles as both rouge and lipstick...
