Black Castor Oil is known for its roasted/smoky scent, highly renowned for
being potent and famous within the natural hair community for promoting hair
and beard growth; whether it is growing the hair on your scalp, edges/bald

use for wrinkles, dry skin and clearing scars and acne.
The rich formula, dark colouring and roasty/smoky barbeque scent are a

Please note:
Authentic and traditionally made Raw Jamaican Black Castor Oil is thick and
has a unique smoky, burnt, barbecued, roasted, ash scent that some people love,
others tolerate, and others simply hate. It's not overwhelming, but definitely
has a strong scent. Remember, Jamaican black castor oil is developed by first
roasting the bean. Thus resulting in a dark color (and burnt smell) from the
ash of the roasted castor beans.

For some people it's not a bother as the oil is added into pre poo treatments
and hair conditioners/shampoos for that extra extra.
If you are using it to oil your scalp/for regular hair growth and not a fan of
the thickness, you can dilute the product with lighter oils such as jojoba oil,
sweet almond oil.
If you are not a fan of the scent, you can mix it with organic essential oils
such as lavender, rosemary or peppermint - oils which can compliment the smell
and aid in hair growth.

How to use:
As with any natural products, we always recommend a patch test 48 hours before
use. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use.

Massage and Hot Oil Treatment
Warm up the oil using the double boiling method. Massage onto your scalp or
beard 3-4 times a week, paying particular attention to thinning/ balding areas
to stimulate the hair follicles and promote growth.

Overnight mask: (8 hours) - Apply the oil throughout your scalp & strands and
leave overnight before rinsing out with warm water

Hair routine: Use the oil to seal in moisture as part of your LCO or LOC
method; can be used to grease dry scalp
