If we do not receive your personalisation request, then we will send you out a
blank item or cancel your order.
You must send personalisation requests when purchasing as we will not be
chasing you for this.
Digital mock-ups may be sent on personalised items (bespoke baubles, mirrors &
plaques only) for you to confirm designs – however this is not always
guaranteed.
If we do not hear back within 12 hours from sending a mock-up, we will create
your item and no changes can be made.
