You are looking at a vintage German straight razor made in Solingen, branded
'La Palma', model #1035. The blade is half hollow ground. The scales vulcanite
or hard rubber. The blade is 5/8", and has some wear. This razor has a blade
etching which has become very feint, and was evidently made for the
Spanish-speaking market, as it says 'Marca Reg' on the blade. There is some
age-related tarnishing on the blade, but the steel is very solid. This was a
very forgiving razor to hone, the steel feels smooth, and really wanted to take
an edge. Nice palm frond mark on the tang. A nice piece of Solingen history,
and a nice shaver.

This razor is sold in shaving condition. I have honed and tested it. I am a
hobbyist and collector rather than a professional, and this razor is honed to
my own shaving requirements. I am wary of making the kind of guarantees you
often see, this razor shaves well for everyday shaving, and it has a good edge
for an experienced honer to start tweaking if so desired. Please message if you
would like more information.

I am happy to offer one free re-hone of the razor once for the cost of postage
only. This covers re-honing, not restoration in case of damage. I am also happy
to discuss further re-honing of razors sourced from me after this.
